I've had a passion for automobiles since I could remember. There was a time when my grandfather, 2 uncles and aunt all worked at the Volkswagen dealership when it was located on Albert St. I have worked in the automotive industry as a service consultant for the past 12 years. In 2008 I received the exciting news that I had the opportunity to be a service consultant with the best automotive family at my dream dealership, Taylor Volkswagen! When Taylor Volkswagen moved to our brand new facility in June of 2014 I was again blessed by the Taylor family and given the position of Assistant Service Manager and have been loving every minute of it. In 1992 I started in the automotive industry as a student taking an automotive service technician course. I worked at a local import shop for 2 years. I joined Taylor Volkswagen Audi in 1996 and then I received my journeyman Auto Service Technician Certificate in 1998. Over the years I received Volkswagen training and am proud to have reached Master Technician status. I enjoy the challenge of diagnosing and repairing vehicles. Afterwards, customer shuttle driver and parts deliveries were added to my responsibilities. After a couple of years, I was introduced to service Dept. and Parts Dept. duties.
